La Paz to Marquesas
Arrive: 7 th - 18 th April. (Port of Entry: Nuka Hiva, Taiohae Bay Anchorage )
The Trans Pacific Rally will begin in Mexico 's Sea of Cortez , one of the world's most famous whale watching locations. The flotilla will take roughly three weeks to sail to the Marquesas; this is the longest leg of the journey. Two weeks has been set aside to reprovision and explore the Marquesas, a dramatic landscape of volcanic pinnacles descending into an equally magnificent seascape of caldera and underwater caves.

Marquesas to Tuamotus ,
Arrive 9th May - 11 th May. (Port of Entry: Rangiroa, Tiputa. Anchorage )
A four week stay has been allowed in Tuamotu to give people the time necessary to cruise this beautiful archipelago. Some of the world's largest coral atolls provide magnificent crystal clear diving in turquoise waters. It also offers encounters with a variety of large sea creatures, like manta rays, and huge schools of hammerhead sharks.

Tuamotus to Tahiti ,
Arrive 12 th June. (Port of Entry: Raiatea , Uturoa. Marina )
Four weeks cruising has been allowed in Tahiti with its deep lagoons, stunning mountainous islands, and fjord-like bays. These ' Society Islands ' are a French Polynesian paradise, with world class resorts and fine cuisine. The fleet will depart from the popular resort of Bora Bora . ( Marina , med mooring)

Tahiti to Raratonga
Arrive 7 th July. (Port of Entry: Avarua Harbour . Med mooring)
Raratonga is a tropical delight in the Cook Islands . It's a popular destination yet unspoiled by tourism. The Polynesians are charming, renowned for their warmth and friendly natures.

Raratonga to Niue
Arrive 2 nd August (Port of Entry: Alofi, Niue . Swing mooring)
A forty eight hour stopover is scheduled in this culturally interesting, remote little destination. Niue is one of the world's smallest states and proud of its own government. The island is a large block of coral with limestone caves under the ground and in the surrounding sea.

Niue to Tonga
Arrive 8th August (Port of Entry: Neiafu, Vava'u group. Anchorage or med mooring)
Tonga is a monarchy, with its own king. The route is through a volcanically active area of Vava'u, to see 'Latte,' an island recently emerged from the ocean. Arrival is timed to see humpback whales breeding in their hundreds in the protected and remote waters throughout Tonga .

Tonga to Fiji
Arrive 2 nd September. (Port of Entry: Customs attendance at Musket Cove. Marina , moorings and anchorage)
Fiji 's islands have pristine beaches, beautiful dive sites, shimmering lagoons, secluded anchorages and a number of excellent marinas. A three week cruise is scheduled, with a stopover at the classy marina and tourist hot spot of Muscat cove.

Fiji to Vanuatu
Arrive 26th September. (Port of Entry: Port Vila , Efate . Anchorage or med mooring)
Vanuatu has a rich Melanesian culture, a unique blend of tribal communities and resorts. Some villages only contact with the outside world is by visiting yachts. There's an active volcano in Tanna to ascend. In fact, cruising around these geothermally active islands sometimes results in fireworks displays that light up the night sky. Two weeks has been allocated to sight seeing in Vanuatu before departing from Luganville Anchorage, Espiritu Santo .

Vanuatu to New Caledonia
Arrive 12 th October. (Port of Entry: Noumea . Citrons Bay Marina)
Noumea is a cosmopolitan city and an excellent place to reprovision. One week is set aside for cruising New Caledonia before the fleet departs Porto Santo on the final leg to Mackay in Queensland .

New Caledonia to Mackay
Arrive 27 th October. (Port of Entry: Mackay. Marina )
After customs clearances in Mackay, a two week cruise in the Whitsundays will finish in Airlie Beach . (Marina)
